About the author

Graham Mitchell is the founder of Grow, a South African business coaching firm that partners with more than 180 growing companies. A Chartered Accountant by training and Head of Client Results at Grow, Graham leads a team of 22 coaches dedicated to helping business leaders find the clarity and confidence to lead their organisations to lasting success.

Before founding Grow, Graham worked in mergers and acquisitions advisory for KPMG and Chartwell Capital, guiding business owners through high-stakes acquisitions and exit decisions. During this time, he advised clients such as Toyota Motor Corporation, T-Systems, MTN, and Combined Motor Holdings.

With more than 15 years of coaching experience, Graham has supported leadership teams through every stage of growth, from start-up to successful exit. His clients have included Sorbet, 2ndMD, Absolute Aviation, Cemcrete, Empowered Spaces and H1 Holdings. He lives in Johannesburg with his wife, Sam, and their son, Ryan.
